Only thing preventing me from giving a 5 is my bag didn't come with a cup. Other than that, I love this product and will buy again!
The damaged items were replaced however, they were send not bubble wrapped -loose in the box. The pkg needs to improve to avoid product damaged.

I like the protein boost BUT I don't like the vanilla flavor. I'm starting to think I just don't like protein shake flavors in general. I'm going to stick to the unflavored one from now on.
Great service and quality products as always. Never too much trouble to amend an order at the last minute when you decide to try a different flavour protein powder :-). Very helpful and speedy support team at the ready when required.

I was in love with this brand but got spoilt by my customer service experience. They didn’t do anything wrong per se but the tone really upset me, now sadly looking at the brand negatively.

EDIT TO RESPOND: Thanks for reply. You’re correct, the team replied to be 1 hour before you posted your reply after waiting for a long time to hear anything. Let’s not try to fool people reading this and making me out to be the bad guy!!! You’ve just made your colours clearer than before.
Feedback for you.
1) please make is clearer for customers on mobile devices that ‘nutritional facts’ means ingredients.
2) when people raise this with you don’t be so quick to copy and paste paragraphs on the terms. A softer email would have sufficed.
3) admit mistakes when you make them
I’d written this to give you feedback (I hesitated to reply via email as I didn’t want to offend) and hoped you’d take it in the way in which is was intended.
Great quality products, with fast shipping. Very gentle on the stomach, can’t find a protein powder that is like that anywhere!

I love the protein powder from this company, its the best protein powder on the market.
My first purchase with Vivo Life was their ‘RITUAL’ plant based protein, dark chocolate flavour.
Tastes great and mixes well! I appreciate that they have third party lab testing for heavy metals too. Fast dispatch/delivery! Will be using them again.

I've finally received my protein powder and the bag is busted. After reading similar reviews, I specially requested that extra care be taken in packaging to prevent puncturing but it seems like no effort at all was taken to honour my request. After such a long wait, I must say I am very disappointed with the outcome and I would like to know what possible recourse I have at this point.
As a reply to Vivo Life's comment I copied in below the companies statement about the money back guarantee, which is very much misleading since it sounds like if you don't like their product, they'll pay you back, BUT you have to send it back.
Do I really have to send back a used/half consumed product. What do they do with it, sell it again? or do I have to decide whether I like it or not without opening it?
So the only way you get your money back if you, i.e. don't like the color of the box and ship it back to them unopened. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT THEIR MESSAGE IMPLIES.
This promise, as it is, a big nothing burger if you can't try what you bought.

Very poor customer service. They forgot to include one of the items I ordered, and they didn't even reply back to my email in almost 2 weeks and the issue is still not resolved after almost 3 weeks. They are pushing unreliable website integrated chat instead of proper emailing. No phone number to call. 30 day satisfaction guarantee only works if you don't open the products and ship it back to them. 2 out of 3 products they they delivered were leaking.
I have a strong feeling that the support team doesn't takes customers seriously (stupid jokes and smiley faces in their message). They were trying to reply back to me like the issue I raised was not a big deal. In reality they were (and still are) sitting on my money I paid for nothing for almost 3 weeks now.
Also their omega 3 tastes like fish-oil, I had better vegan products before. And the suction pipet that comes with the bottle is not able to suck up the full volume it was intended to handle, which makes it a pain to use, and they don't reach the bottom of the vials either so good luck with getting out the last 25-30% of the content.
